Fee Schedule

Arbitration:
Fee per day, or part thereof, and preparation of award:

• $3,000.00

• $3,000.00

Mediation:
Fee per day, or part thereof, up to 8 hours:

• $2,500.00

• All travel and hearing expenses charged.
  
• No charge for travel time occurring on scheduled dates.

Cancellation Policy and Charges:

• There is a $500.00 cancellation fee for any cancellation 30 or more days prior to its scheduled hearing.
• There is a $1,000.00 cancellation fee for any cancellation less than 30 days prior to its scheduled hearing.
• There is a $1,500.00 cancellation fee for any cancellation less than 15 days prior to its scheduled hearing.
• A hearing date not cancelled or cancelled on its scheduled hearing date is considered to have proceeded.
• There is a $500.00 cancellation fee for Section 49 cases under the OLRA if cancelled within 21 days of a scheduled hearing.
